Position Overview
Tacmed Secured is seeking highly skilled Validators to serve as the operational backbone of emergency response, security monitoring, and resource coordination. Validators are responsible for monitoring all back-end processes, ensuring operations run efficiently, and providing real-time support to Tactical and Medical Operators.
Validators play a critical role in maintaining situational awareness by tracking emergency requests, dispatching Tactical and Medical Operators, and verifying security and medical incidents as they unfold. They also facilitate coordination between Tacmed Secured teams, law enforcement, and EMS responders to ensure timely and effective intervention.
Additionally, Validators have the authority to notify law enforcement when incidents extend beyond Tacmed Secured’s scope, ensuring that all security and medical responses are handled with the highest level of efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage emergency requests, ensuring immediate response from Tactical and Medical Operators
- Track all active incidents and provide real-time situational updates to responding units
- Communicate directly with law enforcement, EMS, and fire department responders to coordinate response efforts
- Validate and verify all security and medical emergencies, ensuring the appropriate resources are deployed
- Support Tactical and Medical Operators by relaying critical information during live incidents
- Ensure operational efficiency by managing technology platforms, monitoring security feeds, and tracking emergency alerts
- Document and maintain reports on all security and medical incidents for internal and legal compliance
- Coordinate logistics for Tactical and Medical Operators to ensure rapid and precise response times
- Notify law enforcement when situations exceed Tacmed Secured’s jurisdiction or require additional intervention
- Participate in continuous technological training to enhance emergency management, communication, and incident verification skills
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong background in emergency management, security operations, or crisis coordination
- Experience in dispatch operations, surveillance monitoring, or security management (Preferred)
- Ability to operate and manage security technology platforms, including communication and surveillance systems
- Excellent decision-making skills under high-pressure situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for direct coordination with first responders
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for tracking and verifying live incidents
- Ability to multitask and remain calm while managing multiple emergency situations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Participate in mental health evaluations (as required)
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Willing to participate in random drug screening
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
